Designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their celebration and are ready for professional support managing the details, logistics, and overall flow of the event. We step in during the final planning stages to coordinate vendors, finalize timelines, oversee communication, and help ensure everything comes together smoothly on the event day.

This collection includes 10 weeks of pre-event management support along with 10 hours of event day coverage dedicated to overseeing setup, vendor coordination, timeline management, and overall event execution.

Beginning in the final weeks leading up to your wedding, we step in to organize details, coordinate your vendor team, and manage your day so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

 PRE-WEDDING COORDINATION

  • Two complimentary in-person meetings to review details and planning progress

    • Ongoing communication and support in the final weeks leading up to your wedding

    • Initial timeline development and planning guidance

    • Development of a customized wedding day timeline and production schedule

    • Assistance with ceremony and reception layout

    • Venue site walk-through

    • Review of vendor contracts and coordination of logistics

    • Communication with your vendor team to confirm details and expectation

FINAL PREPARATION

  • Final details meeting to review all elements of your wedding day

    • Distribution of timeline and key information to vendors and wedding party

    • Final vendor confirmations

    • Coordination of rehearsal to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

  • Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination

    • Oversight of ceremony and reception setup to ensure all details are executed as planned

    • Coordination and management of your full vendor team

    • Direction of ceremony processional and key moments

    • Management of the event timeline to ensure a seamless flow throughout the day

    • Coordination with your DJ/MC for announcements and transitions

    • Assistance with personal décor placement (programs, favors, escort cards, etc.)

    • Access to a fully stocked emergency kit

    • End-of-evening organization and packing of personal items
